Q. When is the NAFF event period?
A. This year's B.I.G takes place online from July 9(Thu) to 15(Wed)
Q. What is the detailed schedule for NAFF project market?
Meeting Requests : July 2(Thu) - 7(Tue)
Jury Meeting : July 6(Mon) - 8(Wed) (on Zoom)
Project Meeting : July 9(Thu) - 14(Tue) (on b.square(jitsi))
(No physical awards will take place due to COVID-19)
Q. Is any physical events taking place like B.I.G opening ceremony?
A. As we are strictly following the social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Any kind of physical events will not take place.
Q. When will the awarded presents be announced?
A. We will announce awards winners on July 15(Wed) (B.I.G News)
Sorry, there will be no physical awards ceremony due to Covid-19.

Q. How to access the b.square?
A. Please click Go Meetings button on the main screen of the homepage

Q. What is the detailed schedule for NAFF project market?
A. 1. Watch the pitching videos of the projects on this homepage!
(Passwords have been emailed to you in advance.)
2. Please click the Go Meetings button to access the b.square.
3. Log in to the b.square and request a meeting!
4. Meeting will take place if the other party accepts it.
The accepted meeting will be scheduled on the agenda.

Q. I can't log in to the b.square.
A. As It is helpful to maintain 1 only and unique POC person (Project holder) for each project, there is 1 POC per every projects. * Accounts other than POC are no longer valid. (For more details, Please check the POC Notice on this homepage.)
Q.When will the meeting request be closed?
A. You can request meeting by July 7th Korea time.
Q. Can I adjust the meeting Schedule in b.square?
b.Square is a system that automatically sets the meeting schedule, so adjusting the meeting time is not available. If you can't have a meeting at certain time, make sure you click the button in Availability in that time box, to turn it red till 7th July.
Q. Should all projects participate, attend the Business project meeting?
A. There is no limit to the number of people in the meeting, but one of the directors or producers of the project must participate
Q. Could other project-involved people who aren’t the director/producer be participating in the meetings?
A. YES they could, by getting shared the meeting link by POC.
Q. I want to cancel the scheduled meeting.
A. Please contact us on CHAT. We will help you to cancel it without problems.
Q. My requested meeting’s status has changed from ACCEPTED to PENDING.
A. In this case, it means that your interlocutor’s availability has changed. Please contact us at CHAT(on B.I.G website)
Q. I couldn’t do the meeting because my interlocutor didn’t show up. In this case can I make another meeting?
A. Except for jury meeting, other meetings can be re-booked provided there are available open time slots. However, these re-books are not guaranteed for acceptances from the other parties.
Q. I’d like to set another meeting with the person/project I already had meeting with.
A. You can have only one meeting with one interlocutor. If you want to have additional meetings, we suggest you to email/call them with the contacts, which can be found on INDEX pages on our project book.
Q. When I open the emailed Agenda link from Chrome, nothing appears in PDF.
A. Please open it through another browser(ex Internet Explorer), and for Chrome, please delete the cache and cookie
PITCHING VIDEO
Q. How to watch the project’s pitches?
A. Please put the password we sent through email to watch the pitch videos.
Q. How long are the pitch videos available to watch?
A. Pitch videos will be open till July 16th, the official festival period.
Q. My pitch video is lagged or stopped.
A. The video itself has no problems, please just check out your internet connection or other environments.
