Jury Meeting

The jury meeting will take place at the assigned time as we notified beforehand.

ZOOM will be used(only for the jury meeting), and participants must arrive at the online waiting room that you can access through the link, which you will receive in advance the day before your meeting date.

While being in the waiting room, you must double-check on your microphone/camera setting.

※ Any projects not attending the jury meeting will be excluded from the awards consideration and there will be no exceptions under any circumstances.

※ Please CHAT us if ZOOM meeting doesn't work right before the meeting.

심사 미팅은 저희가 심사 하루 전날 메일로 드리는 ZOOM 링크로 진행 되오니, 전날 메일을 확인하여 심사미팅을 준비해주시길 바랍니다.

안내된 심사 미팅 시간 10분 전까지 접속해 주시기 바랍니다.

접속 시, 대기실로 자동 접속이 됩니다. 심사미팅 대기실에서는 셀프 마이크/카메라 테스트 및 세팅을 미리 진행하실 수 있습니다. 마이크/카메라 문제가 없는지 꼭 확인해주세요.

※ 심사미팅에 노쇼 하실 경우, 시상 대상에서 제외 됩니다. 약속된 시간에 꼭 접속해주세요!

※ 혹시라도 심사미팅 시간이 임박하였는데 Zoom이 열리지 않을 시 반드시 채팅으로 문의주세요.
