POC (Point of Contact)

POC (Point of Contact) : As It is helpful to maintain 1 only and unique POC person (Project holder) for each project, there is 1 POC per every projects as of July 2nd.

Please Share the POC account with your The Project Member. Using the POC account Project participants can request/accept meetings to/from B.I.G guests.

Also, you can Share the agenda link with your Project member thanks to the "Share the Agenda" button in the Agenda section.

More importantly, You can share a link of the Project Business Meeting (jitsi) with your project member or who need to participate in the Meeting (NO NEED of account of b.square)

* Accounts other than POC are no longer valid.

* Make sure to update your available time slots on the dashboard.

POC(프로젝트 대표자) : b.square에서 POC(Point Of Contact), 즉 프로젝트 별 대표자를 등록했습니다. 따라서 이제부터 사이트 상에 프로젝트 별로 한 개의 POC 계정만이 등록되어 있습니다. 프로젝트 참가자분께서는 POC 계정을 공유하여 미팅 신청과 수락을 진행해 주시면 감사드리겠습니다.

또한 Share agenda link 기능을 이용하여 아젠다와 미팅 링크를 다른 참가자들에게 공유하실 수 있습니다. (b.square 계정이 없어도 미팅 참여가 가능합니다).

(팀 내 참가자들 간 국가가 다른 경우) POC의 타임존을 기준으로 미팅이 예약되니 다른 지역/국가에 계신 팀원들은 이를 명심해 POC 계정에 설정된 시차와 본인이 거주하고 있는 지역/국가와의 시차를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
